Food and beverage management program is designed to train students to be professional personnel at middle management level in position of favorable personality, thorough knowledge and skills dealing with food and beverage management and operations.
The students learn from preparing the restaurant and bar operations, techniques of serving customers, mixing drink, cleaning and maintaining restaurant equipments, managing human resources, marketing and managing profit.
